Hands-on Work in the Solar Test Field & Garden
Twelve days (3–14 October) of practical, hands-on work in Tamera's Solar Test Field and garden: planting, preparing beds, harvesting, drying fruit, maintaining the biogas system and preparing communal spaces for winter, combined with afternoon group sessions. Vegan full board and shared accommodation included; sliding-scale contribution of €35–€45 per day.
About the project
Tamera is an international peace research and education centre founded in 1995 in Odemira, Alentejo, Portugal, where over 160 residents live, work, and research together to model a nonviolent and regenerative culture. Through on-site and online education, ecological research, water landscape restoration, and community building, Tamera works to inspire and support the emergence of Healing Biotopes worldwide.
