Faia Brava Open Day
An open day in Algodres and at the Faia Brava Nature Reserve, as part of the Landscape Ecology Days in Ribacôa, featuring a museum visit, a scientific walk, a dry-stone walling workshop and a social gathering. Participation is free but registration is required.
About the project
Faia Brava - Associação de Conservação da Natureza is a Portuguese environmental NGO with more than 25 years of history, and a pioneer in the recognition of the first Private Protected Area in Portugal. Working in the Vale do Côa, it concentrates on ecological restoration, protecting biodiversity, environmental education and nature-based experiences.
