About the project
Tamera is an international peace research and education centre founded in 1995 in Odemira, Alentejo, Portugal, where over 160 residents live, work and research together to model a nonviolent, regenerative culture. Through on-site and online education, ecological research, water landscape restoration and community building, it works to inspire and support Healing Biotopes emerging worldwide.
