OET Durius - Training: The importance of green infrastructure for connectivity and biodiversity conservation
Free training with a certificate on green infrastructure, connectivity and biodiversity conservation, delivered by the biologist Helena Raposeira (Palombar). Sessions are being held in several municipalities in the Douro; the next one still to take place is in Carrazeda de Ansiães, and registration is required.
About the project
Palombar is a Portuguese environmental NGO founded in 2000 and based in Vimioso, Bragança. It works to conserve nature and rural heritage in Trás-os-Montes, combining species and habitat protection with the restoration of traditional dovecotes and community-based environmental education.
