Business Case Consultant
Develop a business case (in English) for the Portuguese part of the Guadiana river basin, regarding the implementation of a set of Nature-based Solutions proposed to the European Investment Bank (in 2024) to address water scarcity, drought risk and biodiversity loss, mapping the measures, actors and investment required, and quantifying the expected economic benefits (as well as their distribution).
