About the project
MONTIS is a Portuguese environmental NGO founded in 2014 and based in Vouzela, Viseu. It manages 313 hectares across 38 properties in central Portugal and the Lisbon area for biodiversity conservation, and involves its 345 members through regular volunteer days, biodiversity walks and educational events.
