Maintenance Team – Team Lead / Volunteer
Ananda Kalyani is looking for people to join its Maintenance Team, taking care of the spaces the community calls home — from small repairs to creative projects. Roles available as Team Lead or Volunteer, with the ESC (European Solidarity Corps) programme also open to young people aged 18–30. No professional experience needed, just curiosity and willingness to get hands dirty.
About the project
Ananda Kalyani is an intentional community and Master Unit located in the Serra da Estrela region of central Portugal, founded in 2010 across approximately 36 hectares. It integrates spiritual practice, ecological regeneration, and ethical community living into a coherent daily way of life.
