Mexilhoeira Beach clean-up (SEIVA volunteering day)
A volunteer beach clean-up on Saturday 17 October at 9:30, part of SEIVA (Algarve's Week of Environmental Education, Volunteering and Initiatives), run with the Mexilhoeira Grande Parish Council. Meeting point: car park at "Rocha Delicada", next to the estuary. Volunteers do the clean-up work themselves.
About the project
A Christian environmental NGO founded in 1983, A Rocha Portugal works on conservation, scientific research and environmental education from the Cruzinha field study centre and bird observatory in the Algarve.
