River Regeneration & Agroforestry Volunteer

Hands-on volunteering opportunity in partnership with EcoAtivo focused on water cycle regeneration and agroforestry system maintenance at Ananda Kalyani, Serra da Estrela. Volunteers build beaver dams, cut and organise biomass along contour lines, and help create a regeneration plan. Work takes place in early morning and late afternoon to avoid summer heat. Fieldwork experience and good physical fitness are recommended. Accommodation and vegan sattvic meals included.
