SER Programme – Seed of Regenerative Employment (training and skills programme)
Biovilla is accepting applications for the 3rd edition of the SER Programme, aimed at young people aged 18–35. From October 2026 to April 2027, participants complete 250 hours of fully free training combining learning-by-doing, masterclasses and real-context project development, in one of three areas: Native Forest and Organic Garden, Nature Tourism and Biovilla Operations, or Food Transformation and Healthy Eating, plus a cross-cutting module on Medicinal Herbs and Natural Self-Care. About the project
Biovilla Sustentabilidade is a sustainable development cooperative located on the Herdade de Pinhal Basto in Palmela, Portugal, combining nature tourism, sustainability education, and landscape regeneration. It runs retreats, workshops, events, and social programmes including VER, SER, and WAVE.
