Theme Steward for Confluência
TDF is looking for Theme Stewards to help shape and facilitate one of six themes (Land Stewardship, Bioregional Development, Social Activism, Post-Capitalist Organising, Local Integration, Finance & Resourcing) in the lead-up to and during the Confluência gathering, through workshops, conversations, land actions and rituals, and by reaching out to their networks. Stewards receive a subsidised ticket covering food and entry, with accommodation paid separately.
About the project
Traditional Dream Factory is transforming a former poultry factory in Portugal's Alentejo into a regenerative village combining co-living, syntropic agroforestry, and ecological restoration. The project uses an innovative blockchain-based token system to turn guests into co-stewards of the shared land.
