Volunteer
Volunteers join Vale Ondula for a minimum of two weeks to assist with forest management, water system rehabilitation, gardening, natural building, childcare support, and community life. Accommodation, communal facilities, and three vegetarian meals per day are provided in exchange.
About the project
Vale Ondula is a permaculture living lab and eco-community stewarding 3.6 hectares of forest in Sande, Northern Portugal. Two families, together with volunteers, are building a regenerative community rooted in sustainable living, nature-based learning, and mutual care.
