AGROBIO opens third course on business models for small olive oil farms

AGROBIO is running a third edition of its training course on business models for small olive oil producers, open to growers and anyone wanting to develop or add value to a small operation. The nine-hour blended course takes place on 26 and 28 November 2026, with online evening sessions from 18:00 and an in-person day in Ourém from 10:00. Topics include oil types and quality, licensing, food safety and labelling, packaging, marketing, branding, pricing and sales channels. A practical component adds visits to two olive oil farms and a guided tasting. Registration closes on 24 November 2026.
