Algarve vegan fair expects to serve 5,000 plant-based meals

The seventh edition of FAVA – Feira do Ambiente e Vegan do Algarve takes place in Loulé from 18 to 20 September, organised by the Benfazer association. The event, held at the Parque Municipal de Loulé with free entry, expects thousands of visitors and over 100 exhibitors across 14,000 square metres. Organisers aim to serve 5,000 plant-based meals, surpassing the 4,125 served last year, alongside performances, workshops, a clothing swap market and a repair zone, all framed around reducing environmental impact through composting, reusable materials and waste reduction.
