Câmara de Lobos to host regional wine tourism forum

Câmara de Lobos council will hold the AMPV 2026 Regional Forum on 25 September at the Estreito parish hall, focused on sustainable wine tourism. The free event, open to the public with prior registration, brings together specialists, producers, businesspeople and students to discuss rural tourism, climate change, territorial value, gastronomy, Madeira wine and Portugal's wine-growing parishes. The forum comes as Câmara de Lobos has been named Wine City 2027, part of the municipality's push to promote its wine-growing heritage and create new opportunities linked to wine, tourism and local identity.
