Ciência Viva school festival closes year in Tavira park

The Festival Escola Ciência Viva takes place on 27 June at the Parque de Lazer da Mata da Conceição in Tavira, organised by the Centro Ciência Viva de Tavira. The free, public event brings together students, families and teachers for a day of hands-on science activities, challenges and outdoor experiences. Students who took part in the Escola Ciência Viva programme will present their own projects, acting as science communicators. The day starts at 10am with a welcome session, followed by student-led activities and, in the afternoon, a choice between a biodiversity walk or a geocaching activity in the park.
