Four short films to screen at Praia do Pedrógão on 21 July

The Leiria Environmental Interpretation Centre and Teatro José Lúcio da Silva are bringing a Cine-Eco session to Praia do Pedrógão's Mercado Municipal on Tuesday 21 July at 21:30, in partnership with the Serra da Estrela International Environmental Film Festival. The programme features four fiction and documentary shorts: Até à Última Gota, on water use and intensive irrigated farming in Alentejo; Talhados na Pedra, on abandoned mountain smallholdings; A Viragem do Milénio, a portrait of rural Portuguese childhood in 1999; and Vânia e Valéria, about a Brazilian couple promoting healthy food and animal rescue in São Paulo's periphery.
