LPN presents environmental education work at Bragança teaching conference

The Liga para a Protecção da Natureza (LPN) took part in the 32nd Pedagogical Days of Environmental Education, held in Bragança from 15 to 18 October 2026. The event was organised by the environmental education association ASPEA, the Polytechnic University of Bragança and the municipality, and drew around 180 researchers, teachers, students and civil society groups. LPN board member Ruben Oliveira spoke on a panel about education and local territories, while a teacher seconded to LPN presented a paper on mobile technologies in field trips. Discussions highlighted traditional knowledge, family farming, agroecology and short supply chains as tools for local cohesion.
