PAN Madeira to host climate governance meeting in Funchal

PAN Madeira will hold a conference titled "Governação Climática e Sustentabilidade nos Territórios Insulares" on 17 September at the Colégio dos Jesuítas in Funchal, running from 10am to 5pm. The event is organised with Portalegre's Polytechnic Institute, through its VALORIZA research centre, with collaboration from the University of Madeira. It will feature four debate sessions on climate governance, public policy, civil society's role and cooperation among island territories, including a panel with representatives of Madeira's parliamentary parties sharing experiences from the Jornadas Atlânticas. Registration is mandatory and already open.
