Pedalar Sem Idade to host online talk with Cycling Without Age founder
Pedalar Sem Idade Portugal, a non-profit that runs outdoor trishaw rides for seniors and people with reduced mobility, is holding another edition of its free online series 'Conversas Sem Idade' on 23 June at 4pm. The session will focus on the Cycling Without Age movement and be led by its Danish founder, Ole Kassow, whose initiative began to tackle unwanted loneliness and isolation. Launched in 2023 to support volunteers, the talks were opened to the wider public earlier this year and cover themes such as active ageing, inclusive mobility, mental health and volunteering. Registration is free but required.
