Pedro Neto

Pedro Neto is the Executive Director of SPEA (Sociedade Portuguesa para o Estudo das Aves), BirdLife's partner in Portugal. He has spoken publicly on the need for restructuring without weakening environmental protections. Based in Lisbon, he leads the organisation's work on bird conservation.
