Regeneration Month - Volunteering Events
Throughout November 2026, the Comunidade para a Regeneração dos Ecossistemas do Barlavento is organising various volunteering activities across the Algarve, including reforestation, soil improvement, guided visits and workshops, with several projects taking part.
About the project
Quinta Vale da Lama is a 43-hectare regenerative organic farm near Lagos. It produces certified organic fruit and vegetables and restores ecosystems through education, volunteering and community work. The project takes in an ecoresort, two associated nonprofits and membership of the global Ecosystem Restoration Communities network.
