PREC, the Terra Sintrópica Restaurant in Mértola, is looking for a person to join the team. This is a flexible part-time role supporting the kitchen — preparation, organization and service assistance. Looking for a dynamic, responsible and autonomous person willing to learn, work in a team, and have some flexibility for events/catering when needed.
About the project
Terra Sintrópica is a community-driven regenerative initiative in Mértola, Alentejo, restoring semi-arid ecosystems through syntropic agroforestry and local food systems. It runs three core programmes — CARES, PREC, and community education — bridging land regeneration with everyday community life.
