Kitchen helper at PREC restaurant, Mértola
The PREC, Terra Sintrópica's restaurant in Mértola, is looking for someone to join the team on a flexible part-time basis to help in the kitchen with preparation, organisation and service support, including occasional events and catering. The ideal candidate is dynamic, keen to learn, responsible, autonomous, able to work as part of a team, and available for some flexibility in working hours.
About the project
Terra Sintrópica is a community-driven regenerative initiative in Mértola, Alentejo, restoring semi-arid ecosystems through syntropic agroforestry and local food systems. It runs three core programmes — CARES, PREC, and community education — bridging land regeneration with everyday community life.
