Kitchen Assistant at PREC Restaurant
PREC, the Terra Sintrópica Restaurant in Mértola, is looking for someone to join the team for a flexible part-time role supporting the kitchen — preparation, organization and help with service. Looking for a dynamic, responsible and autonomous person willing to learn, work in a team, and be flexible with hours, including support for events/caterings when needed. PREC is a restaurant, café, grocery store and local food hub working with local, organic and regenerative products.
About the project
Terra Sintrópica is a community-driven regenerative initiative in Mértola, Alentejo, restoring semi-arid ecosystems through syntropic agroforestry and local food systems. It runs three core programmes — CARES, PREC, and community education — bridging land regeneration with everyday community life.
