Terramay is hiring a Cook/Kitchen Assistant for Raya and Pão & Pizza, working with microseasonal ingredients from their regenerative farm in the Alentejo. About the project
Terramay is a 560-hectare regenerative farm on the banks of the Alqueva reservoir in Alentejo. It produces nutrient-dense food without GMOs or chemicals, and works to restore soil health and local ecosystems. Alongside the farming come cooked food, bespoke events and farm experiences.
