Kitchen Assistant – PREC Restaurant
PREC, the Terra Sintrópica restaurant in Mértola, is looking for someone to join the team on a flexible part-time basis to support the kitchen with preparation, organisation and service. They are looking for a dynamic, responsible and autonomous person, eager to learn, able to work as part of a team, and available for flexible hours and occasional support at events/catering. PREC is a restaurant, café, grocery shop and local food hub working with local, organic and regenerative produce.
About the project
Terra Sintrópica is a community-driven regenerative initiative in Mértola, Alentejo, restoring semi-arid ecosystems through syntropic agroforestry and local food systems. It runs three core programmes — CARES, PREC, and community education — bridging land regeneration with everyday community life.
