Terramay is looking for new team members to join Raya and Pão & Pizza, working with microseasonal ingredients from their regenerative farm in the Alentejo. Roles available: Front of House Staff, Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher, and Cook/Kitchen Assistant. Full-time and part-time (weekends) positions available, immediate start. About the project
Terramay is a 560-hectare regenerative farm on the banks of the Alqueva reservoir in Alentejo, producing honest, nutrient-dense food without GMOs or chemicals while restoring soil health and local ecosystems. The project combines sustainable agriculture with gastronomy, bespoke events, and immersive farm experiences.
