About the project
Vivid Farms grows seasonal, certified organic vegetables and raises animals in living, nutrient-rich soil near Golegã and Santarém, using regenerative methods. Paulo Carvalho founded it, and the farm wants to help bring about systemic change in Portugal's food system.
