Young volunteers are welcome to live and work on the farm, contributing to daily farm life and various projects on site.
About the project
Vinha Velha is a 140-hectare family-run farm near Lagos, in the Algarve, now in its second generation, that farms without synthetic inputs and combines regenerative agriculture, biodiversity projects, rural accommodation and community living. The farm operates a closed-loop agricultural model with biodynamic livestock farming, extensive tree planting and on-site renewable energy.
