AJAP calls on firms to join women's leadership training project

The Association of Young Farmers of Portugal (AJAP) is preparing to apply for the WOMEN-LEAD-AgriPortugal project, which aims to boost female leadership and support businesses in the North, Centre and Alentejo regions through green and digital transformation. AJAP is inviting companies to put forward women in coordination, management or technical roles, or those with leadership potential, for a fully funded training programme covering executive leadership, sustainability, digitalisation, coaching and networking. Interested participants can fill in an expression-of-interest form by 22 July, which will help shape the final application.
