AJAP offers free pesticide application training course in Algarve

The AJAP (Associação dos Jovens Agricultores de Portugal) is opening enrolment for a certified training course on the application of plant protection products, starting in July 2026 in São Bartolomeu de Messines, Silves. Completing the course grants the mandatory Cartão de Aplicador de Produtos Fitofarmacêuticos, needed for professional use of these products. The free course combines theoretical and practical sessions, held after working hours, and includes a meal subsidy. Places are limited, and interested people can register via AJAP's form or contact its Algarve regional office directly.
