AJAP opens enrolment for online farmer training courses

The Portuguese Young Farmers Association (AJAP) has opened enrolment for four fully online training courses aimed at farmers seeking to update skills in farm management, sustainability, workplace safety and organic production. Each 50-hour course starts between mid-July and October, combining evening live sessions with self-paced work. Courses cost 170 euros each, with a 20% discount for those taking three or four courses, bringing the full 200-hour package to 544 euros. AJAP says the initiative aims to make training accessible and flexible for the agricultural sector.
