Cleanwatts Digital launches kWant Energy platform for energy transition

Cleanwatts Digital has launched kWant Energy, an integrated platform designed to support clients through the entire lifecycle of energy projects, from initial diagnosis to financing, installation and ongoing operation. The platform focuses on battery storage and smart energy management, areas the company considers key to grid stability, and will also pursue energy community projects abroad. Cleanwatts says it currently has over 45 MWh contracted in storage projects and expects this to double by the end of 2026, amid Portugal's push towards greater electrification, renewables and electric vehicle uptake.
