Grupo Casais and ACR launch CREE Iberia for hybrid construction

Grupo Casais and ACR have formed a strategic alliance to create CREE Iberia, which holds the exclusive licence for the CREE Buildings hybrid industrialised construction system in the Iberian Peninsula. The system combines timber, concrete and other prefabricated components to build more efficiently and sustainably. The new company will target segments such as hotels, student housing, senior living and flex living, where repetition, speed and sustainability matter most. It will also coordinate suppliers, improve the system continuously, and research sustainability certifications for the Iberian market. The firms have already worked together on projects such as a hotel in Madrid.
