IHRU launches tenders for 77 affordable rental homes

Portugal's Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU) has opened nine tenders to allocate 77 affordable rental homes across 19 municipalities, including Lisbon, Sintra, Aveiro and Setúbal. The scheme, part of the Rental Support Programme (PAA), covers properties ranging from studios to six-bedroom homes. Applications are open to individuals and households until 17 September. Candidates must first obtain a registration certificate via the PAA platform on the Housing Portal before submitting their application through the IHRU Arrenda platform.
