Jaime Moniz students and teachers join Erasmus+ trip to Poland

A group of teachers and students from Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz, in Madeira, travelled to Łódź, Poland, from 21 to 25 September 2026 as part of the Erasmus+ project 'Eco-Citizens for a Sustainable Europe', which also involves schools in Greece and Poland. The visit included workshops on environmental sustainability, photography and video linked to environmental education, and a stay at partner school VI Liceum Ogólnokształcące. Participants also visited Warsaw, including the European Parliament Liaison Office, as well as Kraków, exploring local heritage and green urban spaces.
