LIPOR to host webinar on AI in waste management

LIPOR, together with Spain's Sogama, the University of A Coruña and the University of Beira Interior, is organising a free webinar on 9 July on digitalisation and artificial intelligence in waste classification and management. The event, part of the GRESINT project, will bring together waste management entities, universities and technology companies from Portugal and Spain to share lessons learned and present innovative solutions. Topics include data governance, AI applied to waste characterisation, and examples of digital transformation in the sector. Prior registration is required.
