Madeira delivers 24 affordable homes in Machico

Madeira's regional president, Miguel Albuquerque, handed over 24 housing units in the Água de Pena II development in Machico, pledging that the regional government will keep investing in affordable housing. He noted this is the second such project in the municipality and said public intervention aims to complement, not replace, the property market, which he expects to keep growing. Albuquerque praised the quality of the new apartments and wished the incoming families well.
