Navigator opens investment support scheme worth up to €84 million for forestry suppliers

The Navigator Company has launched a support programme intended to mobilise up to €84 million for 124 partners in its Forest Producers Club, with incentives that can reach 50% of eligible investment. Developed with AGROGES under Portugal 2030 and COMPETE 2030, it covers timber suppliers, forestry service providers and haulage firms. Funding targets machinery, technology, digitalisation and new processes, but not simple equipment replacement: projects must introduce new or significantly improved products, services or processes. Base aid rates are 40% for micro and small firms and 30% for medium-sized ones, with two possible 10-point increases. Subsidised Crédito Agrícola financing and machinery insurance terms are also included.
