Sunenergy expands solar capacity at Colorobbia's Anadia plant

Sunenergy has completed an upgrade to the photovoltaic installation at Colorobbia's ceramics plant in Anadia, Aveiro district. The expanded system now totals 559 solar modules, combining 216 new 610W panels with 343 existing 455W panels installed in 2023, reaching a combined capacity of 287.825 kW. The company says the system will avoid around 186.236 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. Executives from both companies described the project as part of a broader sustainability and cost-reduction strategy.
