Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a co-host and artist at Gaia Retreat & Eco Hostel in northern Portugal, which she and Rasmus founded after years of environmental activism and seeking a more sustainable way of life. An accomplished creative facilitator, she offers inspiring guidance and prompts for expressive art and healing through creative practices.
