Jan van Loon

Jan van Loon is a co-owner and host of B&B Quinta Vale Porcacho in central Portugal. Originally trained as a lawyer, he worked in labour relations consulting before deciding to pursue a sabbatical and eventually settle in Portugal. Together with his partner Karin, he purchased and renovated the historic estate in 2005, opening it as an ecological bed and breakfast in 2013.
