Manuel Tovar

Manuel Tovar is COO and Co-founder of The Loop co., a Coimbra-born group focused on innovation and sustainability that started as a spin-off of the University of Coimbra. He is part of the founding team, alongside João Bernardo Parreira, Ricardo Morgado and João Rodrigues, who have led the company's growth from a small startup to an international group with offices across Portugal, the UK and India.
