Ophir is a co-founder of Terra de Paz, a new rural village model in Portugal designed for 20–40 families seeking community-centered, sustainable living. A childhood friend of fellow co-founder Tomer, Ophir brings deep expertise in international real estate, legal structures, and community projects across Israel, Germany, Portugal, and Japan. With background in social innovation, art, culture, and education, Ophir is based in Lisbon and leads the development of this regenerative living initiative.
