Rafael Ribas

Rafael Ribas is one of the three founding members of Associação Passivhaus Portugal (PHPT), alongside João Marcelino and João Gavião. The association was created in 2012, following the strategy set by Homegrid and the Passivhaus Institut to bring the Passivhaus concept to Portugal. That strategy involved building the country's first certified Passive House, monitoring its performance and establishing the association. The association's goals are to promote the Passive House concept and to contribute to Portugal's energy independence and sustainability.
