Teresa Leite

Teresa was born in Porto and lived there for much of her life, with a brief period in Dubai, before moving to central Portugal at age 38. She is a co-founder of Vida em Transição, a family project rooted in personal transformation and conscious living. Together with her family, she has built a life centred on growth, connection to nature, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams.
