Eco Life Experience

Eco Life Experience is a registered eco-tourism and cultural animation project operated by Fuga Perfeita – Animação e Turismo Cultural, Lda, based in Sintra, Portugal. Registered with the RNAAT (National Register of Tourist Animation Agents) since 2004, the project has been offering immersive eco-experiences that bridge sustainability, personal development, and nature reconnection. The platform organises a diverse range of activities including half-day and full-day reconnection sessions, artisan workshops (such as sourdough bread-making, botanical printing on fabric, and natural candle-making), herbalism workshops, and family constellation sessions. These experiences take place at curated natural sites such as the Eco Retiro de Galamares and various eco-villages in the Sintra region, including Eco Aldeia de Janas and Eco Aldeia de Cabrum. At its core, Eco Life Experience is guided by the belief that everything is interconnected — humans, nature, and all living beings — and that conscious living begins with reconnecting to this wholeness. Activities are grouped around three pillars: reconnection with nature, reconnection with oneself, and reconnection with others. The project also operates a co-working and lab space in São Pedro de Sintra, serving as a creative hub for sustainability-focused initiatives. With a team that includes therapists and wellness practitioners, Eco Life Experience integrates holistic healing and personal growth into its eco-educational offering. Through personalised and group eco-experiences, the project invites participants to step out of their daily routines, embrace mindfulness, and become active agents of change towards a more sustainable and respectful relationship with the planet.
