Águas do Alto Alentejo to hold annual conference on water efficiency

Águas do Alto Alentejo will hold its annual conference on 3 July at 9.30am in Sousel, focused on water efficiency and the circular economy. The event will bring together specialists, institutional officials, water sector representatives and academics to discuss sustainability challenges facing the Alto Alentejo region, including financing, resource management and climate adaptation. A case study on turning waste into biomethane will be presented, alongside a debate panel on future challenges in water efficiency and the circular economy. The company aims to promote innovation and sustainable solutions for water supply and sanitation systems.
