Organic farming newsletter spotlights water and greenhouse investment planned for Corvo island

AGROBIO, the Portuguese organic farming association, has published the 17th issue of its newsletter INFOBIO. The lead item is a planned investment on the island of Corvo in the Azores: a water reservoir, two vegetable greenhouses and an organic farming demonstration field. The project falls under LIFE IP AGRILOOP and is meant to strengthen local production, food self-sufficiency and the sustainable use of resources.
